Be the Cool One, not just the Good One!

How many times did you say YES too easily to something you didn't really want? Have you done it to please someone, or because you felt obliged, or simply because saying NO would have made you feel horrible and guilty?

How often have you graciously said "thank you" when someone gave you a compliment, without reflecting it, like a mirror, into another direction? 

--> "nice top" -> "oh, ...this is so old" 
-->"well done with the project" -> "thanks to the team" 
--> "you look fantastic" -> "it's just the make up"
...and

Do you remember last time when you finally asked for help? 

It happens mostly with women that, when we eventually ask for help we give a dozen thanks, and when we give a dozen thanks we start to apologize, and when we apologize we feel sorry, and when we feel sorry we start thinking we're not good enough…  you know what I mean...

So, today I'm going to share a secret with you:

• It's okay to say "NO" to people, without feeling guilty, simply because you want to. No need to give reasons or excuses 
• It's okay to openly ask for help, it inspires confidence
• It’s okay to take credit for a job you've done well 
• It’s okay to accept a praise with joy and 
• It’s okay to feel smart and strong, and beautiful. 

It's okay to be the Cool One instead of the Good One ... it will change your life.
