Emotional self-control.&nbsp;</strong>Consciously choose how to feel: feel content, feel grateful, curious, motivated, feel calm... You can self-induce positive emotions and learn, through practice, to interrupt&nbsp;your body's response when negative emotions are set off. It does take practice and there are some helpful methods too.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>2. Psychology Management.</strong> Learn techniques to control your psychology. There are many models, spiritual or not (Chakras, Energetic medicine, EFT...) that use techniques like breathing, meditation, tapping, attention shift ... that are proven to work.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>3.
